You must notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised use of your Account.
Shel99 operates a mandatory KYC verification procedure. You will be required to submit proof of identity (Malaysian MyKad or valid passport) and proof of address (utility bill or official bank statement dated within the preceding three months) before your first withdrawal can be processed. Shel99 may request updated KYC documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations.
Shel99 accepts deposits via the following channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (via all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong), Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (MYR 30) for most payment methods. For cryptocurrency deposits, the minimum is the equivalent of MYR 30 at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Shel99 does not impose a maximum deposit limit on standard accounts, though high-volume deposits may trigger additional due diligence procedures.
The shel99 Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All Account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts are denominated in MYR. Deposits made in other currencies or via cryptocurrency will be converted to MYR at the prevailing rate applicable at the time of processing.
You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited to shel99 are from a legitimate source. Shel99 does not accept deposits made using funds derived from criminal activity. Any deposits suspected of constituting money laundering or fraud will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the associated Account immediately suspended.
Shel99 processes withdrawal requests in accordance with the following indicative timeframes:
These timeframes are indicative only. Processing may take longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. Shel99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed where: (a) your KYC verification has been completed and approved; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied; and (c) there are no outstanding investigations or holds on your Account.
Withdrawals will generally be processed using the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Shel99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering compliance programme.
Shel99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions in addition to the general terms set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

Shel99 maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; colluding with other Players to fulfil wagering requirements; placing opposing bets to neutralise risk while satisfying wagering thresholds; or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms in bad faith. Where bonus abuse is identified, shel99 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses, void related winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.
Shel99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including situations where it suspects irregular betting patterns, system errors, or potential fraud. Bets placed using funds obtained through fraudulent or criminal means will be voided.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue during gameplay, shel99 will attempt to resolve the matter based on available records. Where game outcomes cannot be conclusively determined, shel99 may void the affected round and return applicable stakes to Players' balances. Shel99 is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.
All sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other supported competitions — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type as displayed within the Platform. Where a market is settled incorrectly due to a data feed error, shel99 reserves the right to re-settle the market using verified official results.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Upon closure, any remaining cash balance (subject to KYC completion and wagering requirements being satisfied) will be processed as a final withdrawal. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Shel99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) the Account holder has provided false information; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to shel99.
Where an Account is closed by shel99 due to a material breach of these Terms, any funds in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Shel99 is not obligated to return funds where a breach has been established.
Shel99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Players by email or through a notice on the Website prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the shel99 Platform shall be first submitted to our customer support team for resolution through good-faith negotiation.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may seek resolution through the applicable dispute resolution mechanism. Shel99 endeavours to resolve all Player complaints fairly and in a timely manner.
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending resolution of any dispute.
